In this introductory practice taught by Stefani VanDeest, participants will learn to maintain a rhythmic connection with large hula hoops, hand made for beginner adults. The playful and rhythmic nature of the hoop uplifts the spirit, quiets the mind and connects us to our bodies in a joyful way. The possibilities are infinite. Any BODY can hoop! Hula hoops will be provided.
