How does facing death help us live more fully? We’ll explore practices of presence, purpose, legacy, and love—and what it means to die with awareness and grace.
Through stories, shared wisdom, and soulful reflection, this class invites us to gently befriend what we’ve often been taught to fear. Together, we’ll explore how death can be approached not only with practical readiness but also with tenderness, trust, and peace. Each session will offer space for inner exploration while also addressing the practical steps we can take to prepare ourselves and those we love.
This series is taught by Barb Romero, BSN, PAC and Anne Whigham, MS with guest speakers.
The series is best when attended for all sessions but feel free to drop in for any of them.
