What's that glowing on the forest floor? Your very own wooden mushroom sculpture that you get to create with glow-in-the-dark paint to mimic bioluminescence in nature!
Let's pull inspiration from nature such as bioluminescent mushrooms! Join us as we paint our own little wooden mushroom sculptures in a variety of glow-in-the-dark paints and blacklight reactive paints. Aprons will be available, but please wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.
This library program is a drop-in program. This means you can join us at any point between 5pm - 6pm.
This program is intended for kids ages 9-13, and they do not need to be accompanied by their grown-up.
By attending library programs, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media.
We strive to make events welcoming for people of all abilities. To request accommodations (i.e. hearing assistance, ASL requests, or other ADA inquiries), email sday@spokanelibrary.org.
