South Hill EventsLearn the art of upcycling using thrifted materials!
Express your personal style through upcycling! Turn old thrifted clothes into new unique fashions using scissors and sewing machines. Expert sewists from Spokane Zero Waste's Mend-It Cafe will provide everything a creator might need to learn upcycling skills, but attendees are encouraged to bring garments they’d like to re-fashion. Improve your sewing skills, be sustainable, and create something uniquely you.
By attending library programs, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media.
We strive to make events welcoming for people of all abilities. To request accommodations (i.e. hearing assistance, ASL requests, or other ADA inquiries), email sday@spokanelibrary.org.
