South Hill EventsIn this reflective workshop, we’ll explore grief as a sacred process, one that invites us to slow down, honor what has been lost, and listen deeply to what remains.
Loss touches every part of our being—body, mind, and spirit. In this reflective workshop, we’ll explore grief as a sacred process, one that invites us to slow down, honor what has been lost, and listen deeply to what remains. Guided meditation, journaling, and gentle conversation will help participants reconnect with peace and meaning. Taught by Barb Romero, BSN, PAC and Anne Whigham, MS.
