Thrive Monthly is a meet up designed to provide space and support for those who seek personal growth by reflection, who desire to slow down, reconnect with themselves, others, and their values.
Each gathering includes guided reflection, thoughtful prompts, and intentional connection in a calm, welcoming environment. At times, simple perspectives or frameworks are shared to support clarity and meaningful next steps. Unlike a formal class or lecture, this is an informal monthly meet-up facilitated by Lori Mage and her team. Please bring a journal, a pen, and water.
Lori Mage is a certified personal coach based in Spokane, with over twenty-five years of experience as a transformational leader, teacher, workshop facilitator, and coach.
