The Lullaby Project offers parents a creative opportunity to communicate feelings, hopes, and dreams. Come listen to the songs they've created!
Experience the heartwarming celebration of family, music, and creativity at the Lullaby Project Concert, presented by the Spokane Symphony and Spokane Public Library in partnership with YWCA.
For the second consecutive year, we're proud to host the Lullaby Project, a program of Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute (WMI). This special initiative pairs pregnant women and new parents with professional artists to craft personalized lullabies for their little ones. It's a unique opportunity for parents to express their feelings, hopes, and dreams for their children through the power of music.
Experience the culmination of this inspiring journey at our concert, featuring Spokane Public Library Music Education Specialist Andy Rumsey, musician Liz Rognes, and talented Spokane Symphony musicians. Together, they'll bring these heartfelt lullabies to life on stage.
This project is possible thanks to a gift from a Spokane Symphony anonymous donor and the Spokane Bike Swap.
