Indie Authors Celebration
with Inland Northwest Writers Guild
Saturday, April 27
11:00am - 4:00pm
Central
Central Conference Room B & LoungeMini-workshops and book signings from local indie authors.
Indie authors, according to Writer's Life, "publish their work without the aid of a publishing house. They handle all the costs and income, and treat the marketing, the editing, and the publishing as part of their business." While some people self-publish only to share their work with friends and family, indie authors develop a larger audience.
Come celebrate indie authors and their works at the Central Library. Organized by the Inland Northwest Writers Guild, this day will highlight local indie authors with signings and mini-workshops, all occurring in Conference Room B on the library's 3rd Floor.
The mini-workshops will be announced on The Inland Northwest Writers Guild website closer to the event date.
If you're interested in becoming an indie author yourself, don't miss this wonderful networking opportunity!
