Join us for a three-day architecture camp designed for tweens! Led by experienced professionals, participants will explore the fundamentals of architecture through engaging and hands-on activities.
Register your young architects for this 3-day architecture camp here at the library! Each day, they will learn and build upon what they learn each day to create a collaborative city on day three so when you register, please commit to all three days: August 6, 7, and 8th so your young one does not miss out!
We will start with the basics of shapes and 3-dimensional builds, learn about different use buildings and the needs of a community, look into mixed media to learn about different materials used on buildings and structures, investigate sustainability and incorporating nature into our cities, and by the end, build a city they will be proud of! Don’t miss out on the showcase exhibit for caregivers and families on August 8th!
Thank you to the Spokane Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for leading, guiding, and teaching this camp!
