Join us for a weekly exercise class designed for all ages and fitness levels in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
This is a physical exercise class. As always, consult your healthcare provider before you start any exercise program, including this one. By attending, you agree you will release the library and all its affiliated presenters from any liability, injuries sustained from this class.
By attending library programs, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media.
