Artists Playground: Collage Challenges!

For Kids Ages 5 - 18

Learn about the art of collage and join in on the art challenges!

Collage is an art form that involves assembling various materials, such as paper, photographs, and found objects, to create new compositions. Can your young artist handle the collage challenges presented during this program? Tool warning: exacto knives will be present at this program.

Artist Playground provides young artists the opportunity to test and try out different art supplies and different ways of making. A brief demo is provided in the first 10 minutes at the start of the program, and the rest of the time is making, experimenting, and trying things out. 

This library program is a drop-in program. This means you can join us at any point between 3:30 - 4:30pm.

This program is intended for families with kids ages 5-8 with an adult, while kids ages 9-18 and do not need to be accompanied by their grown-up.

By attending library programs, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media.
