Bring us items that need mending, and we'll fix them! The fallen hems, the treasured garment that needs a little love, and even the curtains that need hemming or the fanny pack with a tear!
Mend-It Cafe is part of the repair economy. We fix clothing and other textiles, for free, to extend their life and keep them out of the waste stream.
You're invited to gather up a few items that need repair and join us in shifting culture to one that values the resources that go into making textile items and preserving them for as long as possible.
This is a first-come, first-served event.
Please note: we may not be able to fix all items due to the type of materials used - we'll do our best though!
Want to become a mender? We'd love to have you. Send an email and we'll get you set up.

By attending library programs, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media.
