Try out creepy crawly eco-conscious snacks for yourself!
Protein is an important part of our diets, but where we get it from impacts our environmental footprint. Learn about the ecological benefits of insect proteins in this delicious taste test for the whole family! Participants will be invited to try roasted crickets and mealworms in a variety of flavors, as well as local fruit produce. Individuals with shellfish allergies should be aware that crickets can be a similar allergen.
