In this session, join Jessica and Darren Salquist for an uplifting workshop exploring how movement, breathing, mindfulness, and intentional action work together to create balance and joy. Inspired by the wisdom of authors like Kelly McGonigal, James Nestor, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Cal Newport, this session blends science, self-awareness, and simple practices you can use every day. Come ready to move, breathe, and reflect as you discover how small, intentional shifts in body, breath, and mind can lead to powerful action and lasting well-being. Attend one or all workshops - it doesn't matter! We'd love to see you for this workshop series.
