We begin by exploring cultural messages about death and shifting the narrative—from fear and avoidance to reverence and curiosity. What if death is not an ending but a sacred part of life?
Through stories, shared wisdom, and soulful reflection, this class invites us to gently befriend what we’ve often been taught to fear. Together, we’ll explore how death can be approached not only with practical readiness but also with tenderness, trust, and peace. Each session will offer space for inner exploration while also addressing the practical steps we can take to prepare ourselves and those we love.'
This series is taught by Barb Romero, BSN, PAC and Anne Whigham, MS with guest speakers.
