In this class we explore the power of the human mind and our ability to find meaning in everyday life. We'll reflect on how purpose, love, and perspective shape our resilience and well-being.
Start the new year with personal wellness! Join Jessica and Darren Salquist for this meaningful workshop where we’ll explore the incredible power of the human mind and our ability to find meaning—no matter our circumstances. Drawing from the timeless wisdom of Viktor Frankl, Holocaust survivor and author of Man’s Search for Meaning, we’ll reflect on how purpose, love, and perspective shape our resilience and well-being. Attend one or all - it doesn't matter! We'd love to see you for this workshop series.
