nxʷyxʷyetkʷ Hall, Central Events B, Central Studio, Central Events AA one-day event celebrating local artists and writers and their handmade zines and other DIY projects.
Spokane Zine Fest is a one-day public event in downtown Spokane celebrating zines, small press books, comics, drawings, prints, cards, and other handmade paper goods. Organized by Chelsea Martin and Ian Amberson, Zine Fest's goal is to bring together a community of local artists and writers to share, promote, and sell their work. Artist tables will be set up on the third floor, nx?yx?yetk? Hall, with engaging educational sessions occurring in various Central Library meeting rooms throughout the day.

- Stories Outside by Window: Zine Making for Kids with Spark Central—11am-12:30pm in the Central Library Events Room A (1st Floor)
- Animal Character Design with Keika Yamaguchi—11am-12:30pm in the Central Library Studio (1st Floor)
- Fast & Dirty Process-Driven Zine Making with Eve Harms—1pm-2:30pm in the Central Library Events Room A (1st Floor)
- Bake a Zine with Kate Lebo—1:30-3pm in the Central Library Studio (1st Floor)
- Octavio Collage Zine-Making Workshop with Spokane Print & Publishing Center—2-3:30pm in the Central Library Events Room B (1st Floor).
- Weird Poems with Tim Greenup—3-4pm in Central Library Events Room A (1st Floor)
