A one-day event celebrating local artists and writers and their handmade zines and other DIY projects.
Spokane Zine Fest is a one-day public event in downtown Spokane celebrating zines, small press books, comics, drawings, prints, cards, and other handmade paper goods. Organized by Chelsea Martin and Ian Amberson, Zine Fest's goal is to bring together a community of local artists and writers to share, promote, and sell their work. Artist tables will be set up on the third floor, nx?yx?yetk? Hall, with engaging educational sessions occurring in various Central Library meeting rooms throughout the day.
