A discussion about writing spooky novels for a young audience, presented by an award-winning writer. This is a Lilac City Book Festival event.
Learn how to write a spooky book for children in this Lilac City Book Festival event, presented by Lora Senf, the award-winning author of the Blight Harbor Series.
The Lilac City Book Festival is a yearly celebration of local children's book writers and illustrators. The Festival is organized by Spokane Public Library and presented in partnership with Wishing Tree Books and the local chapter of the Society for Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
About the author:
Lora Senf is a writer of dark and twisty stories for all ages. She is the author of The Blight Harbor Books including The Clackity and the Bram Stoker Award-winning The Nighthouse Keeper. She lives in Spokane with her husband, their twins, an axolotl, and one large, orange cat who thinks he's a person. Their house is probably haunted.
