Learn the steps needed for starting a temporary food establishment.
Starting a temporary food establishment can be a great way to test your culinary ideas without the capital needed to open a full brick and mortar location. There are, however, a number of permits and regulatory issues that you need to be aware of. That's what this presentation is for!
Presented in partnership with StartUp Spokane, SIMBA, River City Kitchen and Feast World Kitchen.
