Make Malaysian Chili Garlic Ginger Sauce
Saturday, September 19
11:15am - 12:00pm
Owner of SeraiMas Catering, Alice Koh, will demonstrate making the secret recipe of her popular Malaysian Chili Garlic Ginger sauce. Sample the sauce with fruits and a noodle salad in rice paper.
Alice will also show you a tip to get the prettiest red chili color without packing a heat for those who prefers a milder taste. The recipe is vegan, gluten and nut free.
