The Dying Process: Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual
Demystifying Death Series
Wednesday, October 07
5:00pm - 6:30pm
South Hill
South Hill EventsWe look at what actually happens as we die—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We’ll explore how people experience this transition, and how we can show up with presence and compassion.
Through stories, shared wisdom, and soulful reflection, this class invites us to gently befriend what we’ve often been taught to fear. Together, we’ll explore how death can be approached not only with practical readiness but also with tenderness, trust, and peace. Each session will offer space for inner exploration alongside the practical steps we can take to prepare ourselves and those we love.
This series is taught by Barb Romero, BSN, PAC and Anne Whigham, MS with guest speakers.
