She'll share Inlander Restaurant Week highlights from her recently published title Unique Eats and Eateries of Spokane, which explores more than 80 of the city's most original eateries and the people who make them great. The book will be available for purchase and signing following the event. Enjoy the discussion and then walk or drive to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner!
