Spokane Zine Fest is a one-day, open-to-all event at Central Library celebrating zines, small press and self-published books, comics, drawings, prints, cards, and all manner of other limited-edition works. More information can be found online at spokanezinefest.com.
There will also be three Spokane Zine Fest workshops happening this year, and all are available for registration on the Spokane Public Library website. The workshops are:
Comic Gamez with Spokane Sequential, 11:30 AM-12:30 PM, Conference Room B.
Zine in a Flash: Create & Share in an Hour! with Erica Schisler, 1-2 PM, Conference Room B.
From Zournal to Zine with Emma Noyes; 2:30-3:30 PM, Conference Room B.
And there will also be an all-ages maker studio run by the Eastern Washington University Design Department from 12:30-3 PM (no registration necessary).
