Join us for a 4-part mindfulness series on April 21, 28 & May 5, 12 at 1pm. The series is best when attended for all sessions since it builds on previous weeks. However, feel free to drop in for one or two of them.
Mindfulness is a useful skill for the management of stress and anxiety. These classes will help you develop this skill through lecture and practice sessions. Bring a mat or cushion to sit comfortably on for the practice. Chairs will be available for use.
