Explore the mind-body connection, using somatic techniques, to increase your overall sense of well-being. You will learn about and experience a few techniques to lower stress, improve emotional regulation, and increase cognitive function and mental clarity.

Dacia is a yoga instructor certified in Somatic Healing Techniques and Sound Healing.
