Learn how to read body language, assess your surroundings, evaluate risks, and safely avoid danger whenever possible in the first of this three-part self-defense training led by Krav Maga Spokane!
Krav Maga Spokane is the Inland Northwest's leader in reality-based self-defense training. The next two classes will cover basic physical self-defense techniques to use if you find yourself in a threatening situation.
