South Hill EventsMindfulness is a useful skill for the management of stress and anxiety. This weekly class will help you develop the skill through lecture, mindfulness practice, and discussion.
Perry Street by South Hill Library is closed for construction through the end of the summer. The library's parking lot may be unavailable at times but the library is open during regular hours. Street parking is available on 33rd and 34th Avenues.
Mindfulness is a useful skill for the management of stress and anxiety. This class will help you develop the skill through lecture, mindfulness practice, and discussion. Taught by certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher Beverly Hill-Kleinstein. This class takes place weekly on Tuesdays at the South Hill Library.
