Become a Dementia Friend through learning about dementia, meeting others dealing with the same struggles, and learning how to support people living with dementia in your community.
In this hour-long session, you will learn about dementia, what it’s like to live with dementia, and actions you can take to support people living with dementia in your community. If you are wondering if someone you care about might be showing signs of dementia, this is a great session for you. We meet monthly on the 3rd Monday at Shadle Park Library.
Presented by the Spokane Regional Dementia Friendly Community and Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington.
By attending library programs, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media.
