Shadle Park StudioJoin us for a cook-a-thon with students from WSU Spokane Health Sciences! For part 2 of our cook-a-thon, we'll show you how to make chickpea salad to support your metabolic health!
This is a presentation by Nutrition and Exercise Physiology students from WSU Spokane Health Sciences. Recipe and tasting included!
Cook-a-Thon Timeline:
- Chicken Stir Fry, 11am
- Chickpea Salad, 12:30pm
- Turkey Tacos, 2pm
