The Hive® Artist-In-Residence, Judy Olsen will review the basics of weaving and lead you through a simple weaving project.
Judy Olsen has been weaving for more years than she can count. She currently has 14 looms in her studio at the Hive®! At this hands-on workshop, Judy will explain different types of weaving and materials. Participants will see different types of looms in action and work on a simple tapestry weaving project they can take home. If you attended Judy's first workshop, you're welcome to attend this one as well to build on the knowledge you gained at the first workshop.
This program is designed for teens and adults interested in the basics of weaving.
